Casa Cook Hotels is a collection of boutique hideaways that tick all the boxes for a growing generation of independent travelers. The brand was created back in 2016 by a team of experts from the premium lifestyle segment, led by Remo Masala and Tobias Gaertner. Since its inception, the hotel collection has been awarded with several hospitality and design awards. In 2023, the hotel collection was acquired by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, which accelerated its growth to 5 exclusive boutique hotels across the Mediterranean and beyond.
Tobias has been acting as Head of Brand for Casa Cook from 2016 until 2019 and has continued to play an integral part of the boutique hotel collection by consulting the new brand owners since 2019, providing the following services:
